Yundeh Alfreda Butler is the Assistant Directress of the Liberia Youth for Climate Actions for two years and also the vice president of the Environmental studies and climate change student association of the University of Liberia.

She has worked on numerous youth and environmental projects and programs, as a team player, by leading other youth. As a young leader, she is also effective at persuading and influencing high-ranking individuals. Her opinions are highly valued. Yundeh is enrolled at the University of Liberia as a senior student getting a bachelor’s degree in Environmental studies and climate change. Through her course, she developed a passionate interest in more policy and engagements with the youth.

In particular, she focused on topics like sustainable development, and conservation.
She wants to engage more with influential decision-makers and thought leaders in international and national policy. She’s open to challenges, conversations, and an exchange of ideas from the top players in the Youth and Environmental sector.

Her long-term goal is to become a national-level policy adviser. After getting a Graduate degree, she will start working toward this cause.

Moreover, Yundeh is a National GHG expert, certificated by Nexus University on Green House Gases Inventory Training 2020.
