BRIEF OF SUBMITTED SOLUTION
My idea seeks to make efficient use of the large amount of food waste generated from the market places in various communities to be used as fertilizers for growing crops in every community. and also, since it is a vertical farming, the organic matter obtained from fish farming would also be used as supply of fertilizer for farming to increase food supply and meet the growing demand of good and quality food. The food waste would be processed into compost and applied on farms that would be started in every community with market. this would scale up the production of food stuff to feed the growing population of my country and also contribute to a healthy environment for a healthy living. The fish farming too would increase the source of protein for the people and help manage :kwashiorkor” condition among a lot of children due to their insufficient intake of protein.
