BRIEF OF SUBMITTED SOLUTION
Education and Skills as Vaccine is a solution targeted at the undeserved, vulnerable and underprivileged youths in rural communities whose the negative impacts of COVID-19 has rendered jobless and forced many youths out of school thereby pushing many young people into crime, extreme poverty and thus made them available to recruited by terrorist organization which has threatened the fragile security situation in Nigeria cum the continent. Thus, Education and Skills as Vaccine seek to empower youths aged 18-35 years -19 with life saving skills and stipends to kick-start a small and medium scale business with mentorship and a network of business professionals that will mentor them. Some of the areas of focus are not limited to digital marketing, web design, mobile phone repairs, baking and pastry, make-up, poultry farming etc. The project will also seek to enroll school drop-outs back to school, enroll at least 100 vulnerable youths for WAEC, and strengthen our ICT training centre to enable us reach as many as possible.
