BRIEF OF SUBMITTED SOLUTION

Betha Agric provides organic fertilizer, pig feed and farming inputs to farmers using food waste and other biodegradables. We are looking to solve the problems faced by the farming community and livestock farmers. This Idea was born when i moved to a rural community, i noticed that the farmers were not having proper yield and based on my previous experience in the waste management sector i decided to take on the challenge of using the waste generated around to create opportunities. To address the imploding crisis of indiscriminate waste disposal and its public health & degradation threats, I decided to start the Betha Agric project. By setting up this systems within communities and working with unskilled informal waste collectors who are the preferred options by households in suburban communities, we would be able to enroll more households and divert more waste from drainage ways and being openly burnt, thereby creating Jobs for unemployed people.
