I believe if people are taught about entrepreneurs or given proper training in business like agriculture and farming, technology, solar energy, food processing, and much more also, various hand skills such as haircut, hairstyles, fashion stylist, photography and many more. They will be self employed or self established. This will reduce poverty and also give employment to other people to for examples people who will be employed to work in the businesses.
When people have a knowledge about this they could be assisted with equipment or grants and loans to help them startup so that the business could enlarge and grow gradually with time they can increase in supplies and also staffs so that more people could get employed under them .
Many people have gone into depression mode and many have lost their lives, I believe that if people are given job opportunities the rate of depression will be reduced
