Madani Joof has over 10 years of experience working with a non-profit organization. Currently, Madani is the Ass-program coordinator of the organization of working children and youth a child right led organization.

He is a co-founder and the President of Education and Youth Empowerment of Soma (EYES) and a final year college student at The Gambia college majoring in English language and History in the school of education.

Madani is also the Country Liaison officer Chief of the Young Political Leaders Network Ghana(YPLN) now the Global Leaders Network (GLN) base in The Gambia. He is recently nominated as the Chairman of the Youth Branch of the Inter-Party Committee (YoBIPC) in his region, as well Mr. Joof is a renowned YALI RLC fellow and a teacher by profession.
