BRIEF OF SUBMITTED SOLUTION

The challenge combating our world out of the COVID-19 pandemic is mainly the security of sustainability. There are recurrences of lay-off, underemployment, social vices, gender violence and poor leadership. The program design shall reach out to youth at all grassroots levels and the program will be designed for selling ideas, upskill training and self-leadership development.
I will be committed to reaching out to the unemployed and underemployed youths; targeting the youth corps, secondary and tertiary school students and others in their respective domains by creatively engaging their minds into innovative thinking, problem-solving orientation, technic designs and leadership development.
The keynote is the self-leadership development which encompasses all other modes of operation. When leadership is built from the bottom to the top, most problems are largely solved and this is what I would go out to achieve.
Creatively developing habits for promoting self-awareness and responsibility taking which will produce responsible citizens.
