Fadzai Mathabire is a young self-motivated female with a diversified career portfolio. She has been with earGROUND Media for three years, helping brands activate and engage their target audiences through creative communication strategies for the desired impact.

Previously, she served as an Associate Business Consultant for KRES Chartered Accountants, where they provide auditing and financial solutions for various businesses in different sectors.

With her tertiary qualification in Management and Entrepreneurial Development Studies majoring in Banking and Finance, she still extends financial administration services for earGROUND Media, Jibilika Dance Trust.

She is passionate about research and sustainable economic development with deliberate young people inclusion. When she is not you find Fadzai either volunteering for a good cause or exploring places with her family.
