For over 6 years, she has been actively leading social campaigns and mobilizing young leaders within her circle of influence. Bays Planet Foundation, PickThatTrash, She Leads Climate Action, and Girl Up Nigeria are some of the reputable projects and Initiatives she has led, mobilizing hundreds of young people in Nigeria to organize cleanups, community sensitizations, support gender equality, understand policies and drive government engagements.

Motivated by the linkages before climate change, food security and peacebuilding, Baliqees was motivated to Co-found Green Republic Farms Limited where she currently Heads the Human Resource and Corporate Social Responsibility department. Her campaigns and projects both digitally and onsite have led to many young people picking an interest in climate communication, peacebuilding, and leveraging the power of digital advocacy.
