Amara B. Kanneh is a Youth Developer from Liberia. A highly driven and motivational leader with over 5yrs of experience in leadership, community development, and volunteer management with a specific concentration in public/development policy, and public sector management.
Amara B. Kanneh works as a Public Health Inspector for the City Government of Monrovia-Liberia where he takes lead in addressing environmental nuisances in the city of Monrovia, and ensures full compliance with Environmental Health and safety standards through regular inspection and reinforcement. More to that, his office ensures services in promoting environmental health and safety for maintaining environmental health and hygiene conditions such as pest/animal control, and health emergency response (as and when necessary. Amara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Public Administration from the United Methodist University in Liberia.
Amara is currently a final year Master’s Degree candidate at the Kigali Independent University where he studies Development Studies with a concentration in Development Policy, Planning, and Public Management in Rwanda. He is driven by his services in servant leadership, community base workings, and developing strategies that seek to promote major public sector developments.
