LIBERIA
My name is Jacob B. Swee, Jr., born onto the union of Mr. & Mrs. Swee on the 6th day of June, A.D 1996. I hailed from Joe Vahn, Gibi District, Margibi County, Republic of Liberia and I am the third of six children.
I started my primary education at the George V. Gibson United Methodist High School (GVGUMHS) in early 2000 and I stayed at GVGUMHS up till 2009. In 2010, I enrolled at the Booker Washington Institute (BWI), Liberia premier technical and vocational training institute, since 1929.
I studied Accounting at BWI for four years and upon graduation in 2014 earned a Diploma in Accounting and a WAEC Certificate. Due to my quest for higher education, I enrolled at the Stella Maris Polytechnic University (SMPU), on Capitol Hill, Monrovia, Liberia, and graduated with a BBA in Accounting in 2019.
During the third year of my university study, I was opportune to start an internship at one of my lecturers’ accounting firm, Enag Consulting Inc., a local accountancy and tax consulting firm. I currently serve as Staff Accountant at Enag but my ultimate goal is to continue my educational sojourn. It’s my desire to obtain a Master’s in Finance and Investment and also study Corporate Law.
